MY STORY

Goldie is a Registered Nurse and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Goldie received her RN/BSN at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. Prior to becoming an IBCLC, she worked as a NICU RN and postpartum nurse for years at several major metro Atlanta area hospitals. 

 

After the birth of her first daughter in 2018, Goldie experienced difficulties with latch and low supply, which prompted her to make an appointment with an IBCLC. In 2019, she became certified as an IBCLC. Since becoming an IBCLC, Goldie has worked with hundreds of dyads to support their breastfeeding and infant feeding goals. Goldie is experienced in a wide variety of complex breastfeeding situations, and offers one-on-one consultations via telehealth and home visits.

 

Goldie was born and raised in Atlanta. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her two children and husband, searching for mermaids with daughters, as well as taking barre classes and baking sourdough. Ready to schedule?
